My husband attempted to schedule photos with this company. The woman insisted they do photos on weekdays only (we both work) and that her backyard was the place she would take the photos (seriously) I had completely forgotten about the appnt my husband made until the day of when it popped up on my calendar. The photos were to be taken that day and we had not heard from the company once to finalize arrangments for the shoot. When you HIRE someone that is their job to make it happen and make you happy with the final product!! This company failed... I am not a tough person to please... just be rational! PS the owner of this company (after I did my research) is in Nursing not a college degreed photographer!! Everyone is a photographer these days thanks to technology!!!
