The entire process went very well. From my first call to A&D Painting, I could tell this was a very professionally run business. The person who answered took my information and gave it to the Field Representative, Jon Moore. He came out the next day while I was at work, assessed the situation and left me a detailed quote. I contacted him the next day, and we scheduled the work to be done. I contacted him many times with questions and/or comments, and he was always very professional and courteous. Within a few days the crew arrived to do the work. We ran into a few snags, but they always immediately fixed any problems. Their crew foreman, Pedro, was very polite and accommodating as well. During the process, we discovered a plumbing issue behind one of the walls, and they even fixed the problem for us. They went beyond what they actually quoted, but they did not charge me any extra. \r
