Review content:
We had out of town family to celebrate my birthday and my Dad's (90th) birthday party. Called Tuesday to make reservations for 20. Was told that reservations were not necessary unless it was a party of 30 or more but to come in at noon n will be seated with no problem. Got there and they gave us 2 tables of 10. Argued with an uncaring manager in a half full Dragos, to no avail. \r
We called Don's Seafood in Metairie on Veterans Blvd. and they told us they could accomodate a party of 20 in 30 minutes. The staff was incredible. Gave my Dad a fabulous gift bag, our own private room and personal waitress. The service was excellent, food was delicious - and three hours, over $800 (excluding tip), the Kuhn family is very content with our happy dual birthday celebration!
