I was shown a nice ""show"" apt when I get here and sign the lease, come to my surprise all the appliances are in horrible condition and over 10 years old. You call and ask for things to be fixed no one ever calls you or shows up to fix them. I have been trying to get my stove fixed since Sept when I moved in, it's now July. I also called July 1st about flying ants coming into my place, it's the 14th and no one has been here and I have called 2 more times since and even went into the office. The sewage here must not be cleaned out regularly because it has backed up into my bath tub twice now, which is disgusting. They do not care if your stuff doesn't work, as long as you are paying the 600.00 a month in rent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
Cons: Poor serivce and management is on site, maint issues are never corrected.
