I would have rated this place a zero if I could have! It was awful. The halls were dirty, the apartment was in sub-par condition on move in day (we had to push it back 2 weeks because it was in such sore shape, we were not reimbursed for our time). Now that we've escaped, they're trying to get more money out of us. They're charging us late fees for rent for September (I paid our pro-rated last month's rent on the26th of August) and they're trying to charge us for things that we marked damaged (and were promised replaced) when we moved in. Don't live there unless you enjoy misery and overpaying for it!
