Review content:
I went here looking for a wedding cake for my friend on a budget... not even worth our time. I tried this place because it was just minutes away from the venue. I called ahead of time to set up a tasting and the lady who answered the phone said she would be able to do it. Then when we got there she said they didn't do samples...huh? It's was horrible. She didn't have any photos of previous wedding cakes she had done and I wasn't convinced of her experience. So, just to be on the safe side I ordered an 8"" sample cake. It was suppose to be a replica of the actual wedding cake. I even left a photo with her. When I went back to pick up the sample it was ridiculous. I specifically told her no borders and she went and put a huge ugly shell border from the 80's on it. We left very disappointed. My friend cut the cake at home and that?s when it got worse. The frosting was Betty Crocker and the vanilla cake was yellow and dry.
