I found a coupon on their website and thought I would give them a call. I was happy to hear a friendly knowledgeable voice on the other end. They made an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and actually showed up when they said they would. They took time to explain their system and how they would treat the stains. When they did the carpet looked and smelled great. I really don't know what more you can ask for? I would definitely recommend them!
