Review content:
The location of the apartments is wonderful with St Joseph Hospital, various medical practices, restaurants, MainPlace Mall, major freeway onramps, and walking distance to public transportation. However, choose another apartment complex if you value your sanity and want management that will be responsive to your needs. This place is a nightmare! It takes MONTHS to get anything repaired (sometimes they never fix it); I've had to purchase and install my own items that they refused to take care of; the parents and their children are disrespectful and noisy; forget about sleeping in on the weekends because the kids are out in the courtyard at 7 and 8 am screaming and banging around on skateboards and razor scooters and the parents are talking loud in their units near open windows for all to hear. No one says or does anything around here. Management is practically non-existent. The people they've been leasing to recently are trashy (some are scary) and noisy. Their kids leave trash and toys all over the walkways, when walking through the complex, be careful because the kids nearly run you down while screaming past you. I was embarrassed to have guests because of how trashy and chaotic it was. Another huge problem is their plumbing. They were always shutting off your water because of major repairs. Problem was, the major repairs never seemed to fix the problem so they'd shut your water off again the next month! It was always when I had to get ready to go somewhere so it was a huge inconvenience. Some units including the laundry room even had major flooding so I couldn't even do my laundry (thankfully there is a laundromat in the shopping center in next to the complex). To top everything off, they kept raising the rent even though the quality of life there was declining. Save your money and move elsewhere! That's why I've left that nightmare!
Pros: Location, good-sized units, good for families that want their kids to run wild
Cons: Horrible management, old bad plumbing, trashy, noisy, noisy, noisy, noisy!
