Review content:
I heard grate reviews about fantastic sams and their coloring services so I decided to go to this one. Needless to say, I trusted the wrong people. Before going there I had beautiful blonde hair. I just wanted some dark blonde lowlights though to give it more dimension. The hairstylist showed me a color which looked really nice then reassured me that it would look great because she wouldn't put any ash in it...Well she did put ash in it and it ended up about 3 shades darker than what I wanted. Not only that but she put in way more than a ""few"" lowlights. My whole head is now a dark green/gray brown! Not just that, but she also didn't get anywhere near my roots so I have an inch of blonde hear and there and then blonde chunks in other spots as well. Tomorrow I am going to the cities to get it fixed. I will never go back to fantastic sams in menomonie ever again. If you want to avoid my mistake/hairstylist...do NOT see Jackie. I don't even know how another salon will be able to fix what she did!
