Businiess name:  Juan's Place

Review content:
i've been to juan's countless times over the past ~5 years or so, it's a really fun place, good (if weak) maragaritas, great flour tortilla chips. but the food other than the chips is just bad at best. i don't know how so many people can give this such a high rating. it makes me embarrassed to be from san diego to see all these people reference juan's as the ""best mexican restaurant north of SD."" i was going to write this review yesterday but went to juan's last night and thought i'd give it a 15th chance or so, to see if the food has improved, or if perhaps i ordered the wrong item the first 14 times. Juan's is a great establishment especially for large groups but please for the love of god do not go here for the food. And for the record the best Mexican food north of san diego is in Redwood City, a heavily hispanic area of the peninsula that has ~15 mexican restaurants in a 3 mile radius. just like san diego. Pros: atmosphere, maragritas, chips Cons: qualify of food
