Review content:
I second the first review. They are the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't meet up with their end of the contract but expect the tenants to stick to theirs TO THE LETTER. They wait months on end to replace appliances and will only do so if you threaten to terminate the lease agreement. They won't cash rent checks until about the middle of the month. They go through employees like tissues, one more incompetent than the last. Don't expect them to deposit your rent on time, hold up to quiet enjoyment clauses, fix your appliances, keep the grounds clean, maintain security, or even give you a copy of your ""new"" lease when they infiltrate your apartment complex. But you can sure as hell bet the moment they decide to deposit your rent check, you know, 3 weeks from when they should have, and you expect the money's been taken out and you've overdrawn due to their incompetence, they'll crucify you and threaten you until you don't care how you can get them off your back. By far the worst people I've ever met. Period.
