My experince with Scowden Properties was great, I had several house's that I could not keep track of and Doug( owner of Scowden Properties) let me know whenever a repair was needed, along with monthly and yearly updates. I am still useing Scowden Properties after 8 years. You have to let them help you if you need to buy/sell a house or if you need them to manage your propertes!
Pros: Customer Care, Easy to get an appointment, Know what they are doing
Cons: Only serves Round Rock, Austin, Pflugerville, Hutto and Georgetown
