Review content:
I was referred to bring my cat here by a groomer at petsmart. My cat is pretty mean, but she was heavily sedated for the appointment. I dropped her off with no problems, but when I came back to get her I was PIS$ED. First of all, they charged me $100 to groom my cat. I thought they were joking at first. Even the luxury groomers in midtown don't charge that much, and to top it all of my cat was a) still quite wet and b) had chunks of fur all over her that were missed when cut/left dangling (all that needed to be done was brush and at least some would have come off). I should have asked how much they charged before I went in there, but I assumed it would have at the most been like 70 bucks. To this day I don't know if they just charged me 100 bucks for the hell of it or if that is there actual going rate, but they aren't even worth paying 20 bucks IMO.
