Review content:
I stopped by Myle's Alterations on a recent business trip. I explained I was an out of town visitor and needed two pants altered. One was a rush and was needed in two days for a wedding while the next one wasn't going to be needed until the next week. I was fitted and left my number so that they could keep me updated and I left happy and content. Imagine my surprise when I called two days later and asked if I could pick up my rush job and was told that they hadn't even worked on either of the pants!!!!!! The tailor claimed that she needed to see the pants on me again When I was asked why I wasn't called and asked to come back in...they said it was because they didn't have long distance!!! She tried to blame it on me for not calling them and checking up on the job!!! Needless to say, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a tailor and they were very unprofessional, not even apologetic!!!
