First Texas Broadband Issues: Service OUTAGE for 2 MONTHS.\r 5/26/2011 3:30 pm Kaufman Tower outage begins.\r 6/14/2011 Going to Tower to replace switch and backhaul unit.\r 6/15/2011 Tower was finally climbed with new backhaul unit.\r 6/16/2011 Now they determine that they don't have the correct backhaul unit. They did not have an inventory of what their company has. Now it may take a week to send gear to have it worked on and returned for installation.\r 7/11/2011 So now when called they tell me the service was repaired last night and they will extend my credit to 3 months. I verified the service was restored and then told them to cancel my service. When I asked why it took so long\r they reported that the business was being sold to one of the employees which I thought was a bigger joke than its original layout. If they guy as an employee didn't care enought to fix our issues how will this change when he wears the owners hat !!! Seriously a joke of a company but I bet their Liquor stores must be making more money then their ISP Customers. BTW they own Leqacy Liquiors all over DFW area.\r
