This was my first accident and I had the worst experience with Hodges! They are dishonest and rude. I was told 3 times that my vehicle would be ready and I still don't have my truck. Chris Guinn never returns calls and will never tell you the status of your vehicle. They told me that it is ""100% their fault"" my vehicle isn't ready. And that my vehicle should've been ready 25 days ago. They also told me that their body guy has been ""slacking off."" I wouldn't think that would be a good thing to admit, for a company who claims their staff is ""focused on delivering superior service."" I would never recommend this collision center to ANYONE. I was talked into taking my truck to this collision center by my tow truck driver. They are a shady business and when you ask questions they get an attitude with you acting as if they aren't in the wrong. Horrible service! Do not take your car here.
