I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG TV SHORTLY AFTER I BOUGHT IT THERE WAS ABIG PROBLEM,NO PICTURE.I CALLED SAMSUNG AND THEY SENT RON , THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT MAN I HAVE EVER MET.\r

HE PROMPTLY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND SAID HE WOULD ORDER THE PART MY TV NEEDED AND CALL ME AS SOON AS IT CAME IN. THREE DAYS LATER MY MIRACLE WORKER CALLED AND SAID HE COULD BE OVER TO FIX IT IN ABOUT AN HOUR, IT WAS THIRTY MINUITES LATER AND MY TV WAS ON AND BEING WATCHED.I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT P.V.E AND IM TELLING YOU NOW ,THEY ARE THE BEST! PERIOD.!
