My Mom has been going to Visible Changes @ Deerbrook Mall for over 2 years. She gets her hair cut by Jessica Garcia. Since Mom was so happy with Jessica, I decided to try her too. Jessica is sooooo good! She has cut my hair for almost a year and I have always been really pleased with her work. I have very thick, wavy, frizzy hair. I have to work really hard to get my hair straight & I hate all the time it takes to do so. Jessica suggested that I get the Keratin Complex Treatment. She explained in detail how it works. I have to say that this is THE BEST thing I have ever done to my hair. I wash my hair and dry it. No brushes used to pull it straight, no flat iron used afterwards, etc. I can go for several days without hardly even brushing or combing my hair. THIS IS THE BEST TREATMENT and I LOVE it! I have Jessica to thank for my easy, fun, and sassy hair. I will certainly be doing this again, and Jessica is who I trust completely with my hair.
Pros: Hair is straight as a board!
Cons: NONE with the product except that it is a bit pricey
