I called Roto-Rooter with my problem toilet. The operator on the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. She assured me a technician would be to my home within an hour and it was then 6:30 PM on a Wednesday evening. The tech, Josh #348, showed up within the hour and took the time to check out the problem explaining what differing scenarios could exist. He told me what he would try first and explained the costs involved for all the different cases. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and careful how he worked in my home. I generally prefer not to have others do work in my home but I'm smart enough to know when to call in the PROs. Boy, I made no mistake calling Roto-Rooter. Good job...Problem fixed...Very satisfied customer here! Highly recommended. Thanks Josh.
