MANAGEMENT is IRRESPONSIBLE, IRRATIONAL, and HEEDLESS.\r \r Unless you like going to court and paying senseless legal fees to the apartment complex, you should NOT RENT HERE. \r \r I have HUGE concerns about the management. With less than 24hrs notice, they filed court papers for eviction within seven days after the 1st. I had paid rent on time for ten months and without the courtesy of a single phone call I have been charged over 150.00 in legal fees and had to go to court. \r \r All because my automatic bank draft stopped without my knowledge. Their notice was a single piece of paper stuck in my door seal, just like they do for the newsletter, so I did not read it immediately. \r \r This could have been avoided if the management would have place a letter in my mailbox or simply called me! Then in court, they tried to charge additional illegal fees that the magistrate struck down.
