Review content:
I'm in my 60's and have belonged to many gyms and have had many personal trainers. From the moment you enter the private training area, you know this is a different and special fitness facility. Every session I've had with Ed has produced nothing but positive results. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient and demanding. I read about the latest theories in exercising and they all talk about how important it is to train with a variety of exercises. I am constantly amazed that Ed continues to offer such a variety in exercises. This is not lifting weights, in the traditional sense; it is rather using the entire body to exercise a multitude of muscles. These exercises are functional. They make me feel stronger in all my movements. Whether I'm riding my bike or getting up from the couch, or playing golf, I feel stronger and I am now aware of the importance of my core muscles. If you think a personal trainer is expensive, try not exercising and see the price you pay. Pros: All Cons: A lot of work!
