If you are looking for a personal trainer I can't recommend Ed Ferrell of Fitness Together in Temecula, Ca high enough. I'm a 55 year old man who was over weight and out of shape when I started with Ed. After just 35 sessions I lost over 30 lbs and learned how to exercise properly for the first time in my life. I was greeted at each session with an enthusiastic ""Hello how are you doing"" and a big smile. Regardless of your physical condition, Ed will help you set goals and encourage you to meet them. So, if you are serious about getting into better shape give Ed Ferrell a try I promise you won't be disappointed.
