Review content:
Just got a call from Active Lock's phone girl inquiring about an invoice for work at a building that I own. Turns out that a tenant requested work and the folks at Active Lock did work without the building owners authorization. Now they call me the property owner requesting payment. I tell the girl that I know nothing about it and that they should request money from the individual that requested the work. She passed the phone over to the owner of Active Lock who went on to swear at me on the phone and threaten my property rather than even introducing himself. These folks are bad news! Hire another locksmith. \r
