Review content:
I purchased a home and am remodeling. I bought a new air conditioning unit that is part solar from Daisy Mountain Air. They put it in and everything went really smooth. The cold air return was making some noise, so I had them come out and give an assessment. They let me know I would need a new one, so the next day they replaced it and that corrected the issue.
I have used them previously in another home for preventative maintenance and service, but this was the first time that I bought any equipment from them. They were very professional and took the time to present me with options. Daisy Mountain Air gave me options on the type of unit, the efficiency of units, including solar, and the pricing. The other company that I had talked with didn't include anything solar.
Two months after that I hired Daisy Mountain Air when I converted the back patio into a living space. They put in the duct work and another unit. They had to really retrofit the space, and they came up with ideas on how to engineer it correctly. So far everything is good.
I really appreciated that when we were dealing with the retrofit the owner came out and talked with me to work out any issues. They had all the measurements taken and the load calculated, so he answered all my questions. They came up with a good idea with a decent price.
