Review content:
Not all of the artists within the lofts are active in the community, but there is a solid core of visual & performing artists that are committed to making the community notable both within Ft Lauderdale and outside of the county. A few of the residents are represented by local galleries and have shown at major international art fairs.
The Gallery inside of the the lofts (1310 Gallery) has over 2400 square feet of exhibition space split into 3 levels, and rotates art exhibitions monthly, including Painting, Video art, Sculpture, Music, dance, performances, and Open Studios. They host events EVERY THIRD SATURDAY night, 7-10pm, as well as other dates.
