Ladies and gentlemen, this is an apartment whose owner is a complete moron. He is unfairly biased against pets, so be sure that you do not enjoy the company of your pet, because he discriminates against tenants who own certain types of pets. Oh, and when you move out, even if you scrub everything so hard that you take the paint off the walls and nearly vacuum up the carpet, they'll still find a way to say that you didn't do a good enough job and charge you to have someone come in and pretend to make it ""all better."" To these people, Windridge, which is not even 5 minutes away from Home Depot, or any number of other retail stores, requires charges of exorbitant amounts up to and over $100 to replace something simple, like, say, the drain pans under the eyes of the stove, or to replace the mini blinds, etc.....They find insult when you confront them with inoffensive questions and confusion over their bogus charges. \r \r In short, this is an awful place to live, because all they're interested in is taking you for every cent you're worth, and then threatening to take you to court for something that's, in reality, nothing more than their lies. Pros: ummm.....none? Cons: not pet friendly, very slow maintenance service, biased behavior, EXTREMELY noisy neighbors who aren't reprimanded when reported
