My husband and I decided to start a weight loss program and when he suggested trying mixed martial arts I thought he was crazy. Deciding to go along with it our neighbors recommended Jeff Gordon's MMA Academy and the experience has been unbeatable. Not only have we shed mucho pounds we are having a good time doing it. I feel more confident knowing self-defense and he can't get enough of the Thai boxing. The trainers are professional and among the elite but really helpful and knowledgeable. This has been an amazing experience.
