CURSES, BUILDING IS SHORTER AND SMALLER THAN PLANS DRAWN BY OWNER, WANTED TO CUT OFF WALL ANCHORS, CUT MANY BOARDS TOO SHORT, USED MATERIALS ON ANOTHER JOB, DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR 2 WEEKS, POOR COMMUNICATION, DOESNT PAY FOR MATERIALS, MATERIALS LIST CONSTANTLY CHANGING, STARTS OTHER JOBS BEFORE FINISHING YOURS, SLOW, USES OWNERS TOOLS AND RESOURCES AS HE HAS NONE, CANNOT USE OWN TOOLS AS HE LOCKS THEM IN HIS TRAILER, SHOWS UP FOR 2 HOURS AFTER A 2 HOUR DRIVE, MAY WANT YOU TO PAY HIM EXTRA SO HE CAN STAY IN A HOTEL.
