I called Tires Plus on Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday for a simple tire rotation. I arrived on time for my 4pm appointment, and when I walked in I told the man that I was there for my appointment. He said our Tire truck just got here and told me that it would be an hour wait! I told him that's why I made an appointment, no sorry no lets see what I can do, I got a were busy and your appointment was tommorrow anyways! That's real nice, great customer service would of fit me in or tried. DONT GO THERE OR WAIST YOUR MONEY THERE- IT""S NOT WORTH THERE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
