Review content:
I was experiencing septic issues. I started calling multiple contractors to get estimates for a new drainfield system. All the contractors that showed up onsite politely gave me estimates and went on their way. I was content and happy with these companies for they all responded promptly and gave good estimates for what I wanted. To my surprise. when Brad showed up with Tampa Bay Plumbers, he started asking questions that non of the other contractors had asked. He asked if I had any leaks on toilets, faucets, shower heads, etc. At first I didnt understand why he would ask these questions. (I honest thought he might not be the right contractor for me... Eventually, to make make a long story short. The questions he asked and the quick inspection he performed for $125.00 found that my system was not in failure. I didnt need a new drain field at all! It was discovered in less than 30 minutes that my drain field was flooded by a leaky toitet i was unaware of for the last few weeks. The estimates I was given from the other contractors ranged from $5000-$8000. My total to date so far with Tampa Bay Plumbers is $275.00. This included an inspection fee and rebuild costs for 2 toilets. Im grateful and satisfied beyond belief to know that I really didn't need a new septic field and it I wonder if I'd never had called... Would any of the other seemingly 'good' contractors that gave estimates ever found the actual cause of my failing system?
Brad is the finest septic contractor I've met to date solely based on the fact of how much money he saved me in these hard financial times. I've already recommended him to multiple friends and family already.
Thank You again Tampa Bay Plumbers and its given me pleasure to write a review for such a knowledgeable and professional company.
Also, for anyone who would like to know. Read this companies reviews on Angies List. They're rated in the top of their profession for plumbing and septic services
Thanks again Pamela
