Review content:
The Legend Park Apartments are nice from the outside, but not the best place to live. Once you sign the lease the staff and maintenance crew really don't care about you. They used the cheapest materials inside while the rent is higher than most in town. When I was doing my move-in inspection with one of the girls she too was acting like I was wasting her time. Also, you can only get DirectTV here and if you want to go with any other satellite cable company, you have to pay a $500 deposit. I really regret moving in to this place and it's a real rip off. There is never any parking in the complex because there is no assigned parking for residents. my friend and I have had a hole in our walls for months that haven't been fixed. The holes in the wall are from them cutting into the walls to find light switches and cables wires that they drywalled over. They are sooooo dumb.I would definately move in somewhere not as new for better service such as renting a house or duplex. Good luck on your home hunting.
