I specifically told them not to shave my pom but when I picked her up they had done just that. it didn't appear like they even bothered to brush her after the shaving, including her mane an ear, and didn't even put her collar back on her afterwards because they claimed it was too tight, which it is not. she's had the same collar for months and there is plenty of room. they just didn't want to bother moving her hair (which they should have cut in the first place and didn't!) to get it back on her.
