I had a cairn terrier dog. We brought it to petsmart to be groomed.She is very pretty dog and because of this hot summer i would like to cut her hair. Me and my husband told the lady who will groomed my dog to cut the hair not too short and left some hair on her belly and legs but the lady scrape everything off my dogs hair and it is very very ashort and my dog looks horrible. I almost want to shout because she looks so ugly with her head hair very long ans her bodys hair is too short. I dont know why she did that and i know that pets hair are natural and they are alsp protection for their body... my goodness! I can't imagine why the lady who did the grooming dont know how to look the dog if it is pretty or not. We trusted their grommer, knowing that they will know how, but they dont know and they just wanted the money. I cried and cried because my dog looks terrible. I forgot the lady's name but i promised that we will never bring our dog their store anymore. I told all of my friends because all of them had pets, dogs and animals that NOT to bring their pets their to groomed anymore. They just want the money and not for the good of the critters. I hated it so much for what they've done to my dogs hair. Their groomers are not good at all!
