I would like to say as a family person, mother of a disabled child and a supporter of MDA as they have been to us and to so many kids that have benefited from all there help. Many of the Lake Stevens businesses are caring and supportive of this cause, and for those that have opted to not help most have been kind and respectful. But not the Agent at American Family Insurance Susan Creswell. She was not only rude but publicly disrespectful of my daughter who was passing out fliers to local businesses here in our community. Clearly Community, American, and Family are words Susan Creswell only uses to gain your trust to sell you her insurance, sadly for us I would not trust someone who makes a public display of herself by being aggressive and rude. She made my daughter cry in front of the entire office while ushering her out. This agent is the public face for the company, I hope this is not how any other agents behave. Susan next time politely say "" no thank you"" and treat your community with some grace and dignity. I will not recommend this agent to be there for your family when you need her to.
