Great management company. I've used them for all of my rentals and they are very diligent with customer service and staying on top of the tenants. If a tenant damages the property in any way, they make sure to take it out of the deposit so I don't have to pay for someone else's irresponsibilty and they also are very strict on collecting the rent. The best part is that I don't have to do any confrontation with the renters. I just tell them what I want done, and they do it for me and the renters never know who I am and I don't have to deal with them at all. In past years, I chose to manage my properties myself to save a few pennies but I've learned it's not worth it. I was arguing with tenants when they moved out about their deposits and calling them constantly about late paying rents and it's just not worth the stress or frustration it causes. Some tenants wanted unreasonable upgrades and when you didn't give it to them they got angy and had bad attitudes. Now I let Renttoday deal with it and I'm free to just be an owner and get a check each month. As I read some of these negative reviews from tenants, it makes me ever happier that I'm not dealing with that anymore! Highly recommended.
