Review content:
I put my daughter on the waiting list 5 months before she was to start. Followed up with her paperwork and it turns out they lost her paperwork and she lost her spot. I didn't have a back up and was scrambling for child care. I called a year later to see if there were any openings and they were full and they supposedly don't have a waiting list. The director is not professional and has no customer service skills, even though she boasted she was so organized.
