US AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING IS SO FRIENDLY BEFORE YOU BUY A UNIT BUT AFTERWARDS THEY ARE RUDE, MONEY GRUBBING HUSTLERS. I CALLED 9 TIMES IN ONE WEEK AND THEY WERE ""TOO BUSY"" TO RETURN MY CALLS BUT WERE ONLY TOO HAPPY TO MAKE A $100 APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS MY PROBLEM. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS SOME ADVICE ON THE $5,000 UNIT THEY INSTALLED BUT THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALL AT ALL. RON THE OFFICE MANAGER ACTUALLY TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT FOR 6 DAYS RUNNING HE HAD NO TIME FOR CUSTOMERS UNLESS THEY PAY $100 TO SPEAK WITH HIM.\r ON ANOTHER OCCASSION, RIGHT AFTER THE INSTALLATION, I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEIR SLOPPY INSTALLERS DID NOT CONNECT SOME WIRES PROPERLY. ON THIS OCCASSION THEY SENT SOMEONE WHO FIXED WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $150 FOR THIER MISTAKE.\r WITH SO MANY HONEST, HARD WORKING COMPANIES OUT THERE, WHY WOULD YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM AND DO BUSINESS WITH ONE OF THE OTHERS.\r ANYONE CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY TO MAKE THE SALE BUT THE REAL TEST OF HONOR, INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM COMES WHEN YOU NEED HELP AFTERWARDS. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH US AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC. OF PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY Cons: THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN TRY TO TAKE MORE AND MORE.
