Wendy was able to critically assess my muscle imbalances and the affect they were having on my alignment. She addressed the major imbalances causing my pain, and helped to reduce my pain and allow me to move better and with fewer compensations. More work to be done, but I know she will get me back to where I can enjoy the great outdoors again. Thanks.
