Review content:
The truck showed up late and lacked some of the supplies requested (and paid for). One of the movers just walked out and LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVE. The owner was unavailable and when he did show, he had his CHILDREN moving my things, some of which were broken and one box never made it to the new apartment. Upon finalizing the move, he would not let me add the insurance option AND tried to charge me for the extra time and the supplies that were never used, with major attitude.
