Very clean and better than average car dealership. Stocked waiting area with beverages, tv, phones etc...\r
Valet car service when you arrive for repair. Oh yeah, courteous car washes too. But other than that, all of those facades are simply to make you comfortable. They failed my car for an inspection because I would not purchase tires or brakes from them. FYI, I did not need either. I left there and went to Foam and Wash Mobil and got a NYS inspection in 15 minutes on the same day. HMMM????? Was it because something broke off my car while driving down the road (only has 50K miles) and they had to ""Goodwill"" it; be the reason? Such CROOKS!!!!!! Never trust a salesman!!!!!!! Oh yeah, don't count on their ""loaner"" cars, they never seem to be available.................
