I went to get my hair dyed to a brown color. When I told the colorist, she told me that my hair would be a terrible mess if I dyed it brown because it would come out into a reddish tone. So I gave a description of a dark red color. Instead of dark red, it came out Bozo the clown red! To make matters worse, there was a black strip around my hair, the stylist forgot to dye that part of my hair so she bleached it and made it even more red! That costed me 80 dollars right there. when I told her I wanted to get it fixed, she told me she was going on vacation for a week so come back when she comes back. When I called the week after explaining to the receptionist what happened, she told me the stylist had no recollection. What a waste.. I'm never going back there. This is why I go to city salons
