Businiess name:  Bob Alessi Personal Training
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
It's almost twenty years now since Bob Alessi (not to be confused with other trainers named Alessi) began training my wife and me. Bob practices independently at a fully equipped and buzzing health facility located in downtown Buffalo at Virginia and Ellicott streets, lots of free parking. Bob just turned 40 and is a handsome and splendid physical specimen (lean and hard). Since he models for Buffalo Clothiers most people would recognize him in a business suit as well as his gym cloths. A Canisius college graduate Bob has developed an almost art form of evaluating a clients needs to the extent that over the years I've witnessed his clients' fat going off and definition going on their bodies. An intelligent conversationalist and most of all honest, Bob gives you thirty minutes worth of work for thirty minutes worth of pay. My wife and I consider Bob our friend and would be proud to call him a son or brother. Do your body a favor and call Bob for a personal assessment. Do it now, right this very minute while you think of it. You'll be glad you did. \r \r
