I just wanted to share my recent bad experience with Harvard Glass. A few weeks ago I ordered a single piece of beveled glass from this merchant. About 10 minutes after I left the office I checked my receipt containing the dimensions (which I had not signed), and I noticed that my order was written down incorrectly. I called the office and was assured that this would not be a problem; they would make the change. When I picked up the piece, it was incorrectly sized. The merchant said they are unwilling to reorder the piece or do anything about the situation, even though I did nothing wrong, and even tried to help them fix their original mistake. At it's current size the item is unusable for me. I certainly will never do business with this merchant again. Dealing with them was a complete waste of my time and money.
