Most recently as a very good friend of mine was walking in the ,Stater Bros Market,parking lot ,in front of the store.She was approached aggresively by a heavy male white adult.He stopped her and detained her illegally.This is also known as false imprisonment.He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue levis.His hair appeared to be a brown.He also was observed as having lots of tatoos on both arms and his neck.He ordered her to empty all the contents from her purse.She refused and reported the suspect to the management of ;Stater Brother's Market. The suspect ,claimed he was a loss prevention officer and worked for the market.The suspect appeared not to have any facial hair.Was about ,five foot ten inches.The suspect was accompanied by a female white adult.The suspect and his female accomplice were observed leaving the private parking lot property in a black vehicle.Make ,module and license plate is still pending.The incident occured approximately at; 6:00 P.M. In the front of the Stater Brother's Market.In the month of ,Jan.2013.Its obvious what the motive and intent was:To rob and take personal property not his.Also to induce fear and intimidation to a female customer in the parking lot.The management informed my friend the victim;The suspect was on the market surveillance camera.She still is waiting for a copy of the camera .To file a police report.She hopes it has not past the staute of limitations.Her friend a lawyer has indicated; That time of discovery waives the statute of limitations.On some circumstances.Calif Gov.Codes:911.23 and 911.64.She like her friends and myself hope this criminal is taken into custody.He disturbed the peace and was loitering.By lying in wait.Calif Penal Code:647E.Plus because he obviously was not there on this private property parking lot to conduct legitmate business.He and his female accomplice should be arrested for:Impersonating a loss prevention officer employee of;Stater Brother's Market.Calif Penal Code:528-539.Also ;False imprisonment.Calif Penal Code:236.Plus possibly ;Impersonating a public officer.Calif Penal Code:146 a. Also;A violation of ;Calif Penal Code:148.9.Falsely representing his self ,as a officer. Note: We hope this serious matter can be looked into by authorities.He was also :(Trespassing:Calif Penal Code:602) .We hope he gets arrested.Why: So this criminal does not rob or kidnap some one for monetary gain.Lets never forget what happened to a female at the ; Albertson's Market.8400 block.On East Chapmen.At 9:30 A.M.Date:Aug 3,2010.She walked to her car.She was followed and harassed by a male Hispanic adult.Ernesto Lucero.He asked her for a dollar.She did not have any money to give him.He possibly punched her and did ,stab her.Then stole her car.She lived.He was arrested.Held with out bail.The story is on the Orange County Register.It turned out the criminal was a illegal imigrant and transient.Also ;Most recently a shopping center that cut back on security ,just had a very serious crime.At a Nordstrom Rack.In Los Angeles .Fourteen were taken as hostages.Primarily all female.One female was stabbed in the neck.One assualted.Is'nt it time property management of this shopping center install cameras? Also ;Better lighting? How can this shopping center be so complacent ? Note:( NO SHOPPING CENTER SHOULD PUT COST BEFORE THE SAFETY OF ALL HONEST GOOD PAYING CUSTOMERS.) Primarily and especially,with the early release of all the criminals from prison.The unemployment rate at a all time high.This shopping center and the one ,Gong's Chinese Food is on,need state of the art cameras.With a licensed security guards monitoring all sectors.Also;Another patroling the parking lot in a patrol car.Plus at every entrance ,signs posted: ( CAMERAS ARE ON SITE ,EVERY WHERE,PLEASE BE NICE HONEST ,POLITE,YOU'RE ON CAMERA ,FOR YOU'RE SAFETY). Note: I love ,Stater Brother's Market.I love the food and the prices.Plus the deli.All the employees are great and wonderful.
