Review content:
JC won us over with his friendly demeanor when we met him, but for us, that was the end of the pleasantness. JC is not interested in the customer pointing out ANY issues - and there was a significant number of minor and major issues. I did point them out and tried to do it in a collaborative and ""I'll work with you"" kind of way because 1.) I liked him and 2.) No one wants to anger someone who has access to your house. I should have fired JC when I first saw the cabinets and had my first conversation with him about workmanship (when he became very difficult). He was so belligerent that it became impossible to work with him and we had to terminate his services. My mistake - I paid too much up front and ended up with a poor quality, incomplete project.\r
