Review content:
Initially, when meeting J. C. and hiring him as a contractor he appeared very friendly with a warm demeanor. Not long after the project started he began to have issues with my husband, who was just wanting to know about his timeline and also the the quality of his work. I took it upon myself to become the peacemaker in this situation because we had a job to do. My first disappointment was a minor one. I had asked J.C. to cover my things as he began to do the work. He agreed to this however, I came home one day to find sawdust everywhere, almost impossible to get up. After the completion of the job, a couple months down the road I began to notice some problems with my cabinets. They would constantly come off track and a panel came off and needed to be repaired. Because I knew that there was a 5 year warranty I began to call J.C. to repair the minor problems. Initially, I was told that he had hurt his foot and would return my call as soon as he was better. Since then I have called and emailed them a total of 15-20 with no response. I have yet to have my problem resolved and to make matters worst they now don't even answer the phone when I call.
