I truly have an incredible experience with this firm as they used to work with every new construction builder in town. Now, they deal primarily with selling investment properties but since they worked with all the builders from the sale of land to development consultation to home sales - they seem to know the residential market better than anyone else I talked to. \r

After all, personally, I think the investment angle is the morst important aspect in purchasing a new home anyway- unless you really dont care, which I dont understand.\r

Jason, the Principal Broker, has an IT background so his ability to map out data into a format that I can understand - it was amazing. So much better than looking at numbers on paper..... \r
