I have been going to Identity Salon for a couple of years now and it is one of the best in town. Stephanie is such a great stylist - she always listens to me and I always love how my hair turns out. She's got the best coffee machine in town and is always quick to offer a drink. If Ihave to leave a message for her, she's quick to return my call. I recently went in for a brand new look - a color change. Stephanie was so supportive and her expertise helped me decide on a great color. When she finished, I could not believe how perfect the color looked with my skin tone. I am so pleased with her work and would recommend her to anyone who wants a great color/cut for a reasonable price. She might be hidden in Hermitage, but she competes with the best in Nashville.
Pros: Easy to find parking, reasonable price, great products, big on hospitality
