Being a vegetarian, it is tough to find good tasting food in Las Vegas and Henderson that fits into my diet. I go around town trying different restaurants that have dishes I can eat. I found one that fits the bill? 'Red Rock Chili Company'! Not many people around town know about this place, but vegetarians and meat eaters alike should give it a try. I walked in and was immediately greeted by their friendly staff and asked if I had any questions and of course I did, asking about the meals that were vegetarian. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about what the different dishes were comprised of. She offered me a taste of what ever I was interested in and found that the vegetarian chili was not only hearty, but had just the right amount of spices. If people are interested in trying something else besides the usual burger, taco or pizza that is reasonably priced? the 'Red Rock Chili Company' is a place to fit into their dining rotation! I now am a fan and will be making this a regular stop as on of my favorite places to catch a reasonably priced and good healthy meal!!\r \r A Picky Diner Pros: Clean, good value, different than the usual fast food restaurant Cons: need more locations around the valley
