Here is a gem on Route 20, the old, but reliable, east-west route crossing central New York. The early 19th century building has been carefully restored, with a wood-fired oven grafted onto the kitchen and bar area. Traditional tratore-style pizzas underpin an upscale menu served in comfortable setting that is steeped in history. We will be returning here often.
